Our Staff

Michael Kozart MD, PhD, Medical Director
 Board certified psychiatrist and street medic. Provides psychiatric and primary care. Assistant Clinical Professor, UCSF Medical School, with joint appointments in Psychiatry and Family Medicine. Also employed by the Sonoma County Health Department, Mental Health Division, with clinics at the Southwest Community Health Center and Sonoma County Indian Health Services. Prior volunteer work with the Common Ground Health Clinic, New Orleans. Currently volunteers with the Chiapas Support Committee, providing medical support to the Autonomous Municipality of San Manuel, Chiapas Mexico. Salud por Todo!

Ted Fox, our Senior Client Support Specialist/Licensed Psychiatric Technician, has 30-plus years of experience providing mental health services, including 25 years with the Sonoma County Mental Health Division Psychiatric Emergency Services Department. Currently working for the Sonoma County Community Intervention Program, a mental health outreach program for the homeless. Also works with homeless veterans and veterans' organizations.

Jeanne Marie Kelly, Registered Nurse has worked in hospital settings and in home health as a visiting R.N. She believes passionately that healthcare is a right that too many of us cannot access. She has worked as a volunteer in domestic violence/sexual assault services, educational settings and other health care settings.

Viki Miller, L.C.S.W. is a case manager with Sonoma County Mental Health. She has been a licensed clinical social worker since 1974. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including acute care hospitals, emergency rooms, and child therapy non-profit agencies. She specializes in crisis intervention and motivational interviewing. She has been working with Sonoma County Mental Health for 7 years primarily with the homeless population providing street outreach and case management services.

Shelli Saucedo has been assisting clients with SSA, MediCal and CMSP applications for seven years. She also has training in Patients' Rights.
